|The Stoney Creek Inn began as Bill's Seafood Carry-out and Crabs in 1998 and relocated and opened as a full scale restaurant on March 9, 2001. Our goal is to provide our customers with a friendly atmosphere and of course, exceptional food at a great value. We pride ourselves on freshly prepared steamed crabs, crab cakes, crab soup, and plenty of other hearty fare.|
Bill and Mary have been in the food business most of their lives. Bill is a third generation butcher by trade. He was born and lived in Howard County, MD, but spent most of his childhood into adulthood in the family business Bill's Poultry in the Cross Street Market in Baltimore. Bill's family held many businesses in the Cross Street Market as well as the Hollins Street Market and the world famous Lexington Market. Mary's first job was in the Cross Street Market as well. Bill and Mary live in Pasadena, MD, with their two children, Labrador retriever, a golden retriever, and three cats.
